Steps:
- Fill out this pick up form. This form will only take a minute if you bought your scooter from us or have had service with us before (your scooter info should be saved in our system). This form will take 2 - 3 minutes if this is your first time having service with us. Having your scooter registration handy will help make it quick!
- Wait for our driver to reach out to you to schedule your pick-up. (Usually one to two business days.)
- Once we pick it up, you will receive a text message that will allow you to track your scooter repair and get updates while it is here!
If you need your scooter repaired, but don't need your scooter picked up by our driver, please feel free to drop it off during business hours (M-F, 10a to 5p) at your convenience. No appointment is necessary if you are going to drop it off and leave it with us. If your scooter runs fine and you just need a general service like an oil change, you can schedule that at http://gainesvillescooters.com. Thank you!
